About

My name is Kwegyirba Croffie, and I am a journalist who just recently graduated from Quinnipiac University. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Theater Arts.

It’s not easy being a twenty something living the gluten free life. Especially if the last twenty years of your life you WEREN’T gluten free. It was like the kind of thing that my body just does not process correctly. I am also very sensitive to dairy so I have to find a lot of foods that are also dairy free as well. Having a wheat sensitivity is different from having celiac-disease and I’m just trying to figure it all out while still trying to live life as best I can.

TwentyOne No Gluten will explore restaurants and bars gluten free menus and discuss my favorite gluten free books, snacks, foods, shops and recipes.

Kwegyirba Croffie is a freelance Associate Producer at News 12 Connecticut and a Special Events/Event Planning and Social Media Intern at College Lifestyles (TM). She is a Quinnipiac University alumni and a sister of Alpha Delta Pi. She enjoy cupcakes,Broadway musicals, Forever 21 ,giraffes, peacock feathers, orchids, lillies and anything Disney.

I really like your blog – you’ve got some lovely recipes here! The dairy-free aspect is an added bonus for me given my lactose intolerance. Looking forward to seeing more
