Menus
Since becoming gluten free, one of the toughest parts have been finding restaurants that accommodate being gluten free or even better have gluten free menus. Most of my favorite restaurants were immediately put on the back burner of my mind as I found new alternatives and opened my mind to a variety of tastes. Thai food became one of my favorites and easily gluten free because they use rice noodles in most if not all of their cooking.
This page will be dedicated to the menus I have found that are gluten free and wheat free. Did you know Olive Garden has a gluten free menu!? They do guys! We can sit at a pasta place and have pasta again without feeling left out! What a feeling!
More and more restaurants are slowly starting to have gluten-free menus available which is amazing but like many cannot stress enough you need to ask questions and tell your server that you are eating gluten-free/wheat-free and will be using the gluten-free menu. I have only been to one restaurant (P.F. Changs) where the gluten-free menu is directly on the regular menu. Otherwise you have to ask to ask for the allergy/gluten-free menu.
